Prices are for 1 person/2 people
Room only
$160/$180
(all the comforts of the room and gardens but including only tea & coffee)

Room with breakfast provisions
$180/$200
(this includes cereals, croissants, local jams, platter of fresh fruit, tea/coffee)

There are no increases for holiday periods.

Minimum bookings of 3 nights apply at
Easter; 9th to 13th April 2009
Christmas; 24th December 2008 to 7th January 2009

Deposit required to secure booking
Payment may be made by cash, cheque or credit card.
For reservations of one night, full payment is required;
For reservations of two or more nights it is 50% of the full payment.
For bookings cancelled before 7 days or more 100% of deposit is refundable;
Bookings cancelled less than 3 to 7 days 50% deposit refundable; less than 3 days deposit is not refunded.
